Leichhardt: Cladding, Internal + External Membrane

Delivered in close collaboration with the architect and builder, this project focused on achieving a high-performance outcome aligned with Passivhaus principles. Careful attention to detailing and construction quality resulted in an airtightness level of 0.45 ACH—better than the Passivhaus requirement of 0.6 ACH and significantly tighter than a typical code-built home.

The external cladding was installed over a ventilated cavity batten system, improving durability and moisture management while also contributing to a clean, refined architectural finish
