Narrabeen: Granny Flat

This project involved the construction of a high-quality granny flat in Narrabeen, designed to feel open and connected to its surroundings. The brief focused on creating a light-filled space that capitalises on views to the existing pool and the ocean beyond.

HausBau delivered the project through to lock-up stage, completing all structural and external works with a focus on precision, durability, and build quality. One of the clients works within the trades and elected to take over the internal fit-out following lock-up, bringing their own craftsmanship into the final detailing of the home.
