Roseville: Renovation

This project involved the transformation of a dark, original-condition lower ground floor into a light-filled and architecturally considered living space. The brief focused on opening up the area to introduce natural light while elevating the material quality throughout the living, laundry, and bathroom zones.

A carefully curated palette of natural and contemporary materials was used, including native Victorian Ash feature walls paired with modern finishes such as microcement. The result is a refined, cohesive space that balances warmth, texture, and clean architectural detailing.
